I chose the Baobab tree because it will offset an astounding 6,600 pounds of carbon dioxide during its lifetime. It is also known as the “Tree of Life” because it preserves biodiversity and provides traditional medicinal ingredients.

I chose the Dynamite tree, as it has a positive impact on the absorption of CO2, specifically this tree will absorb 176 lbs a year. This tree also produces fruit and helps with local food security.

I chose the coffee tree because it provides economic support for the local community while also helping protect the environment. The tree interacts with the soil and helps the local ecosystem flourish, also contributing to biodiversity.

I chose the orange to help provide locals with a steadier food supply and additional medical material. My orange tree assists the community's economy while preserving the environment!

I chose the avocado tree because it not only provides a large amount of economic development for the country of Haiti, but it will also offset 110 pounds of carbon dioxide every year for the course of its very long life.
